Test methods
|
1.Test material SUS304, testing environment 23℃/65%RH
2.Structure: 25μm PET+25μm dry PSA
3.Adhesive power: 180° stripping (300mm/min) after 20min
4.Retentivity: Fitting area 20mm×20mm, load 1Kg, 40℃×1h. Read the falling distance of rubber surface
5.Initial adhesive force: Testing result of J.Dow Law is the steel ball number

Application method
|
The adhesive is applicable to single or double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive, such as nonwovens, foam and double-sided PET tape in household appliances and automobile industry.
Mix treatment: Take the same weight of Y - 101 and TO, stir sufficiently, then slowly add to adhesive in stirring condition, and continue stirring for 20 minutes
Drying condition: 80-100℃,1-2min(25μm dry)

Storage condition: 5-30℃ shady and cool place with good ventilation conditions
Storage period: Half a year
